VARICOCELE
Few dilated venous channels (2 - 3 mm) are seen at upper pole of left testis showing reflux only during valsalva maneuver without scrotal deformation or testicular hypotrophy.

PLEURAL EMPYEMA.
A thick walled peripherally enhancing collection is seen in the right pleural cavity with air fluid level and thickening of the adjacent pleura. Size measures ~ 9.8 x 4.4 x 9 cm (volume ~ 201 cc). No internal calcification is seen. Overlying ribs and chest wall structures appear unremarkable.
