VARICOCELE
Few dilated venous channels (2 - 3 mm) are seen at upper pole of left testis showing reflux only during valsalva maneuver without scrotal deformation or testicular hypotrophy.
A fat density ovoid structure (measuring ~ 22 x 11 mm) is seen in the left iliac fossa region, anterior to the proximal sigmoid colon, with mild surrounding fat stranding and thickening of the adjacent peritoneum.
IMPRESSION:-
- Fat density ovoid structure in the left iliac fossa region, anterior to the proximal sigmoid colon, with mild surrounding fat stranding and thickening of the adjacent peritoneum - it may likely represent intraperitoneal focal fat infarction (epiploic appendagitis / omental infarction).
