VARICOCELE

Few dilated venous channels (2 - 3 mm) are seen at upper pole of left testis showing reflux only during valsalva maneuver without scrotal deformation or testicular hypotrophy.

HORSESHOE KIDNEY

Bilateral kidneys are fused at the lower pole in midline, anterior to the abdominal aorta (at the level of L3 vertebral body) - suggestive of horseshoe kidney with hila facing anteriorly.
